Automatic Double Station Double Head Extrusion Blow Molding Machines For hanging bottle pp
DESCRIPTION
The extrusion blow molding process involves melting plastic resin and extruding it into a hollow tube, called a parison. The parison is then placed in a mold, and compressed air is blown into it, causing the plastic to expand and take the shape of the mold. After the plastic cools and solidifies, the mold is opened, and the finished bottle is ejected.
The "double station" feature of these machines means that they have two separate workstations where the blow molding process takes place. This allows for increased production efficiency, as one set of operations can be performed while another set is being prepared. It also enables the machine to produce two bottles simultaneously, effectively doubling the output compared to a single station machine.
The "double head" feature refers to the presence of two extrusion heads or nozzles. The extrusion heads are responsible for forming the parisons, which are then blown into bottles. With two heads, the machine can produce two parisons simultaneously, further enhancing production speed and efficiency.
