This week, on Oct. 12th, after multiple times’ maintain and approved by our customer, we delivered the extrusion blow molding machine. Not just waiting for the machine to arrive to customer’s workshop and start to serve them.
Blow molding machines are a type of equipment used to produce hollow plastic containers. They are suitable for a variety of plastic materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, etc. The raw materials are heated and pressurized to melt, extruded into a specific shape, and blown with high-pressure air, and cooled and shaped in the mold to become high-quality hollow products.
Our extrusion blow molding machine is widely used for detergent, pesticide, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, lubricant oil bottle, edible oil bottle ... manufacturing. Our customers are all over the world.
This double station HDPE extrusion blow molding machine, is specially designed for 10~30L stackable / non stackable jerrycan production, the bottle is with view strip line (also called as lever line). Both station adopt auto-deflashing mould. It will not only make the bottles automatically, but also remove the waste material during production.
This machine can achieve a high degree of automation, and can achieve stable production of high-quality containers without manual participation during the production process. It can save you production costs and improve your market competitiveness.
Our machine adopt servo hydraulic motor, during production, it saves 30-40% of the power consumption. Configured with new version of MOOG 100 point parison controller, the bottle weight and wall thickness accurately controlled. The designed bottle weight 1.2 kg, our machine’s output is 90~100 pcs/h.
