Extrusion Blow Molded 9 Feet Double Side Plastic Pallet Making Machine

Extrusion blow molded plastic pallet is very widely used recently.

Compared to injection molded pallets, because the process temperature of blow molded pallet is higher, so is much more strong. Injection molded pallets are processed at low temperatures, so it is more brittle, so the life of injection molded pallets is shorter, while blow molded pallets are strong and have a long life.

And the machine and mould for extrusion blow molded plastic pallet are both with lower investment than injection blow molded pallet.

Common blow molded pallets on the market now include 9 feet pallets, double-side pallets, and lid & tray pallets.

Generally for 9 feet pallets, there are many sizes.

Different size has different height, and also the weight of the pallets will vary.

Usually double side pallets with higher unit weight.

Because making the extrusion blow molded plastic pallet, the scrap is almost with the same weight of the pallet itself,and making the pallets need to use accumulator type die head machine, so making the pallets need the machine with high output of plasticizing system, and enough big size accumulator die head.

Also because the pallet is big, so according to the max size pallet, we will customize the machine template.

The machine in the pictures is one accumulator die head extrusion blow molding machine customized for our customer, they will use this machine to produce different size and design plastic pallets, with 2 layers, one 120mm screw+one 135mm screw, 110L accumulator die head.
