Accumulator Type Die Head Extrusion Blow Molding Machine Delivery To Brazil

Yesterday,  we were doing the delivery of our upgraded configuration accumulator type die head extrusion blow molding machine for our Brazil customer.

This customer, they already have several plastic blow molding machine in their factory, this machine is for them to expand the production capacity.

The accumulator type die head extrusion blow molding machine, generally is disassembled into machine base, machine upper plasticizing system platform, die head, and take out robot, ladder and small side platform can be put on the upper platform, so the machine only 3 piece load into the container.  

This plastic blow molding machine, is designed for small thickness products, such as children toys, toolbox, small table sheets, etc.

It is with much higher clamping force than standard machine.

Equipped with whole GEFRAN system, has better performance for the hydraulic movements.

With T-shape mould platen, it is easier to mount the moulds.
