On December 5, three water purifier shell blow molding machines completed a 24-hour unmanned trial run in our factory and successfully passed the customer's acceptance. After that, these three machines will be sorted out and arranged to be sent to the customer's factory for use.

These three machines use 3D manipulator assistance, fully automatic feeding system, automatic trimming machine, and conveyor belt to achieve unmanned production of the entire production line.

Industrial upgrading is generally carried out in production workshops, and unmanned management is the trend of the entire industry. It can help our customers achieve standardized production of parts, thereby improving assembly efficiency, reducing failure rate, improving product quality, and occupying favorable conditions in market competition.

Our blow molding machine uses a 120mm twin screw and a 40L storage die head to improve the plasticizing efficiency of the machine, thereby producing larger and heavier products. The extrusion motor uses the domestic advanced Mengniu motor, which is more powerful and runs more smoothly.

The hydraulic system is equipped with Huichuan servo motor, which helps customers save at least 30% of power consumption during operation, further helping customers reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Except for the motor, all our electrical components are internationally renowned brands, which are more stable in operation, reduce the maintenance time for customers, and further reduce production costs.

High-tech factories are the general trend of various product production in the future, and our machines and production lines will also help customers to go one step further on the road of improving industrial efficiency.

After successful acceptance, all products will be sent to the customer's factory for assembly during the trial operation, and the production line will be put into use in the near future.
