Mold


Cavity: The hollow space in the mold that gives the plastic bottle cap its shape. It is precisely machined to achieve the desired bottle cap design, including details such as threads, anti-tampering features, and logos.

Core: Fitted into the cavity, it forms the internal shape of the bottle cap, such as threads or any internal structure.
